I had such a wonderful experience at this facial shop. The therapist was very professional and took time to understand my skin concerns before recommending the treatment. The whole session was relaxing, and my skin felt hydrated, smooth, and noticeably brighter afterwards. The clinic was clean and calming, and the service was attentive without being pushy. I am the customer of Freskin for years. I am glad that they opened a clinic in Hornsby Westfield! So convenient just next door of Aldi. Very nice and clean environment. The staffs are really nice. No push sales! Always suggest for your skin care. But decisions up to you. No matter what’s your decision, they always do their job professionally! I did Pola black BA facial today, it’s a 90mins facial including an upper body massage so comfy! Janie is great beautician！every time I am fall in sleep… then I get a shiny smooth and soft skin🩷highly recommended!

Freskin Hornsby is very convenient and easy to access. The service was excellent from start to finish — professional, friendly, and attentive. I had a facial treatment and it was absolutely amazing. The technique was very professional, and the whole process was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I could really feel the difference afterwards. Highly recommend Freskin, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends!

Amazing experience! Freskin Hornsby is conveniently located in Westfield Hornsby, close to ALDI. A very clean, modern and comfortable place. Sorry I didn't get the name of the staff who did the facial for me, but her hands are absolutely divine offering facial and shoulder massage so relaxing that I couldn't help myself but to doze off! My main concerns were whiteheads and congestions which she offered helpful advice to minimise them in the future. Her immediate help to extract the whiteheads is the rescue I need! I could see all the extracted stubborn sebum on the cotton pad, so satisfying. The hygiene practice is top notch. They have very advanced machines too. Since I'm a first timer, I tried the basic hydrating facial with Payot products, $240 buy 1 get 1 free. Each session was 90mins. Double cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, essence, facial and shoulder massage, modelling mask, moisturizer. They also have Skinceuticals and Pola skincare. The product range is reputable and trustworthy. I highly recommend you to try it out to experience the fantastic facial, you'll love it. This is one of the high quality facials I can see myself going back to.
